Who we are
Small Biz Marketing Kit ("we," "us," or "our") is a service provided by YNdigitalmarketing. It is an AI-powered marketing assistant for small and medium businesses (the "Service"), available at https://smallbizmarketingkit.com. Questions about this policy can be sent to ybbacz@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name and email when you create an account, including via Google sign-in.
- Business profile information: details you provide about your business (name, type, industry, website).
- Content you create: the inputs you provide and the content the Service generates for you (social posts, emails, SEO audits, content ideas, campaign plans).
- Payment information: billing is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy policy.
- Usage information: basic information about how you use the Service, used to operate features such as plan limits.
- Cookies: used to keep you signed in and operate the Service.
How we use your information
To provide and operate the Service; generate the AI content you request; manage your account and subscription; communicate with you about your account; enforce plan limits; and maintain security and reliability.
Third-party services we use ("sub-processors")
Your information may be processed by:
- Supabase — database and authentication.
- OpenAI — to generate AI content. The inputs you submit for AI features are sent to OpenAI to produce results. Avoid entering sensitive personal information you don't want processed this way.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Vercel — hosting.
- Google — if you use Google sign-in, and (where applicable) to connect a Google Business Profile you authorize.
Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the sub-processors above to operate the Service, or where required by law.
Data retention and security
We retain your information while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights
You may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent. To make a request, contact ybbacz@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data-protection laws (such as the GDPR or CCPA).
Children
The Service is not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date.
